Trent and his twin brother, Brent began Central Carolina Construction, Inc in 1989 upon completion of Trent's Civil Engineering degree and Brent's Mechanical Engineering degree from NC State University.
After the tragic loss of both Brent and his mother Faye to Cancer, Trent and his father, Frank have worked together to keep Central Carolina Construction, Inc the reputable company it has always been. Holding an unlimited license makes Trent flexible and available to build custom homes, town homes, and do major/ minor renovations.
In 2006, Lovick Builders, Inc. and Central Carolina Construction, Inc. were the first builders to start building custom homes in the Chestnut Hills subdivision near the North Hills Redevelopment. This area has now come to be called Midtown. Instead of just doing "tear downs", the Lovick's actually have the houses deconstructed by Re-Store (affiliated with Habitat for Humanity) and donate the materials reclaimed to Habitat for Humanity.
