Trent Lovick has been a part of a sucessful Triangle family building tradition that has spanned over 30 years. Frank and Faye Lovick opened Lovick Builders in 1967. Trent and his twin brother, Brent, followed in the family footsteps and began Central Carolina Construction, Inc. in 1989 upon completion of their civil and mechanical engineering degrees from NC State University. Trent and Brent built a business model for Central Carolina Construction, Inc. that was to be matched by none. Quality first. Their goal was to give the home-owner an enjoyable experience in building a new home. Additionally, they set out to construct homes that would stand out in a crowd and stand the test of time.
After the tragic loss of Brent to cancer Trent has taken the responsibility of continuing the company's business plan of, quality craftsmanship, personal attention, and fiscal responsibility, in his brother's honor. With the unwavering support of his parents Frank and Faye, Trent takes great pride in doing his work and personally involves himself in the actual construction of the homes with which the Lovick name is representative.
In it's 20 year history, Central Carolina Construction, Inc. has been building quality homes in some of the following neighborhoods:
- Baywood Forest
- Willow Lake
- Eagle Ridge
- Crenshaw Hall
- as well as several rental properties across the Raleigh area.
